In the past, Theatre Suburbia has supported itself almost exclusively on box office proceeds. With the move to our new location, the per show production cost has increased significantly. In order to keep our ticket prices affordable to all, we are forced to seek additional funding sources. We are actively seeking grants from multiple sources.

We do all this because we want to be a place for those with no experience as well as those with professional credits to be given a chance to perform, direct or just be involved. We will continue to be an all volunteer organization which does quality shows at affordable prices for Houston audiences. Theatre Suburbia has a 50 year history and is working hard to stay active for many more to come.

Theatre Suburbia needs your help to continue to grow and provide the quality live entertainment that you have come to expect. We are a 501 (c) 3 non profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Be a proud supporter of Theatre Suburbia.

You or your company can sponsor one of Theatre Suburbia's productions. Donations are accepted in increments of $250. Sponsors receive acknowledgments, tickets and invitations to parties to mingle with the cast and crew. For a tax deductible donation of $1500, you or your company can be the sole underwriter of a Theatre Suburbia production. Theatre Suburbia is selling program ads to help offset the cost of printing programs and mailers. The program size is 5.5 by 8.5 inches. Ads can be purchased per show or for the season (at a reduced rate) and are available in 3 sizes.
